TIMELINE

Every item is made to order. Expect a confirmation email upon ordering. Turnaround time for all orders is 3-4 weeks. Most custom projects require a 4-5 week turnaround. If the project is extended, it may take up to 2 mo. Rush orders (between 1-2 weeks) are available for additional fee. Fee is calculated by design details and time restraints. 

 

 

CUSTOM 

 

Upon reaching out with your custom request, we can arrange a 30 min. consultation to discuss your ideas in detail. During this meeting, I’ll get a sense of you (or the wearer, if it’s a gift) and what you’re looking for from the piece. I’ll ask questions about you and your preferences, as well as what your ideal budget is. From there, we will decide together on a design that fits all your needs and wants. PACKING + SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS 2 day select. Insurance and signature are available upon request. A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your order ships out. For international shipping, please contact me directly at info@courtneybensik.com for quote and carrier options. Not responsible for additional charges during shipping. 

JEWELRY CARE BEST PRACTICES
   
Always store your jewelry in an air-tight bag or box when not being worn. To return your piece to it’s optimum shine, simply buff with a polishing cloth and hand wash. Remember to keep raw stones dry, and do not let them be exposed to water for long periods of time (say in the shower or pool). Handle your raw stones with care as they are more fragile than cut or polished stones. For an extra clean, don’t hesitate to reach out an have it professionally cleaned by me, free of charge.  

RESIZING + REPAIRS

I offer a one-time complimentary resizing on all orders. Repairs within the first 2 months are free of charge. After that grace period repairs are done for a nominal fee.

 

RETURNS

 

Due to the nature of being a small business (all sales are made-to-order), returns are not accepted, however, I do want you to be happy with your purchase. Please reach out directly to discuss options available if in the off-chance you are not satisfied with your new piece. In the extremely unlikely event that your order should arrive to you damaged (accidents happen!), I will gladly repair it free of charge. Please get in touch here to arrange shipping. 

RELEASE + LIABILITY

I take the utmost care when handling personal stones or metals. I assure you that your materials are safe with me. However, in the extremely unlikely event that something happen to your stone in setting or metal in casting, I am not held responsible. Photos of your newly crafted pieces will be free for use on our social media platforms and website unless otherwise requested.
